p>Broustoù means “brushes” in Breton. Fascinated by this object, Anne, a French designer based in Copenhagen, learned brush-making from Danish artisans and decided to create limited editions to highlight local working horse breeds. Their hair is used to make mushroom or leather brushes. The marine brushes, on the other hand, celebrate traditional knots with sisal ropes from Corderie Palus, located in Corrèze.

• This brush is made of rope with a traditional star-shaped marine knot
• It is perfect for a beach basket to remove sand from your feet after a swim (in winter or summer!) or to sweep crumbs off the table
• Materials: Handcrafted Sisal rope ø10mm by Corderie Palus in Corrèze (FR). Sisal is a natural fiber from the Agave leaf (Agave sisalana). Corderie Palus uses the best Sisal to produce pure fibers and thus create high-quality ropes.
